Obituary of Paula Ann Howard

Paula McLean Howard, age 62, of Ocean View, DE passed away on November 15, 2019. Born in Belfast, Ireland, Paula was raised in Springfield, PA. Paula is survived by her loving partner Joseph "Jey" Perachio; her parents William and Ann McLean; her two sons, Adam (Leks) Howard and Peter (Chrissy) Howard; her grandchildren Liam, Bryn, Winnie, Maggie and Tucker; siblings Peter (Melissa) McLean, Judith (Greg) Palmer, Jessica (Raymond) Clifton. Paula had a long career as a Speech Therapist in the Indian River School District in southern Delaware. Over her 30 years in the district Paula touched the lives of countless children who benefited from her work. She was also well known for her creativity in designing fabric art and jewelry. Paula loved traveling with Jey including motorcycle trips, spending time in Italy, and visiting relatives in Ireland. She fully enjoyed life, but nothing compared to her great love of spending time with her five grandchildren and hearing them call her "Granny".
