Obituary of Everett H. Danehower

Everett H. Danehower, age 80 of Glen Mills, PA died peacefully on December 18, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Darby, PA, Everett resided for the past 15 years in the Fox Hill Farm community in Glen Mills, PA. He previously resided in Aston and Aldan, PA. After receiving his Master's Degree, he became a financial analyst for General Electric in Southwest Philadelphia for 38 years before retiring in the early 2000's. He was devoted to his faith and a member of Aldan Union Church. Everett was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoyed his pastime walking the path in the Fox Hill Farms community and reading the Bible. Everett also served his country in the Army during peacetime. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Danehower, mother and step father, Edna and Samuel MacNair and a sister, Joyce Ashton. Everett is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda A. Schofield Danehower, 3 children, Scott (Nancy) Danehower, Lisa (Cary) Vogt and Gary Danehower, 8 grandchildren, Rachel, Joshua, Zachary, Megan, Caleb, Lindsay, Taylor and Ashley. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th, 11AM-12 Noon, at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by funeral services at 12 Noon. Interment will remain private at Fernwood Cemetery, Lansdowne, PA.
