Obituary of Marguerite M. Mitcheli
Marguerite M. Mitcheli, age 83 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully on May 27, 2020. Born to James & Eleanor Kocher Lee in Elizabeth, NJ, she resided in Delaware for the past 20 years, previously residing in Thorndale, PA. A homemaker most of her life, Marguerite at one time was a computer operator for Jefferson Bank in Downingtown, PA. She was devoted to her catholic faith and a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Wilmington, DE. In her spare time, Marguerite enjoyed knitting, jigsaw & crossword puzzles, visiting the casinos and spending time with her family & grandchildren. In her earlier years, she enjoyed bowling, and was involved in her children's school years belonging to the Mother's Club as well as her boy's scouting years as Den Mother. In addition to her parents, Marguerite, the youngest of her siblings is preceded in death by 3 brothers & 6 sisters. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Charles Mitcheli Sr., 2 sons, Dan Mitcheli & wife Lisa and Chuck Mitcheli Jr. and wife Rita, grandchildren, Heather (Dave) Brott, Anna (Ryan) Cox, Christopher (Casey) Mitcheli, Marissa (Ryan) Ziegler, Jeremy, Mary, Joe, Anthony & Cecelia Mitcheli, great grandchildren, Nora, Greyson, Morgan, Declan, Charlie, Berryck, Evangeline, Eli & Finn.
A public Drive-Thru visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 9:30am to 10:00am at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA. Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, friends and neighbors are asked to form a receiving line in the Parking Lot of the funeral home beginning at 9:30am.
Also, due to the ongoing pandemic, A private Funeral Mass will be Livestreamed Tuesday, June 2, 2020 precisely at 10:30AM from St. Cornelius Catholic Church by visiting (www.paganofuneralhome.com) or via Facebook (search Pagano Funeral Home).
