Obituary of Yolanda LaSpada

Yolanda LaSpada, age 98 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully on September 3, 2020 at Shipley Manor. Born and raised in Chester, PA, Yolanda resided for the past 35 years in Wilmington, DE. A homemaker, Yolanda was a member of Church of the Holy Child and a former member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Chester, PA. Yolanda's life was taking care of her family. In addition to her parents, Anthony Moretti and Elizabeth Falosoe Moretti, Yolanda is preceded in death by her husband, John D. LaSpada Sr. who passed in 1997 and 5 brothers, Anthony, Albert, John, Raymond and Gabby Moretti. She is survived by 2 sons, John (Mary) LaSpada and Raymond (Catherine) LaSpada, sister, Caroline Cieslak, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September, 10th at 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a funeral liturgy at 11AM. Interment, Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Linwood, PA. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Cancer Center at University of Pennsylvania in Yolanda's memory (giving.apps.upenn.edu).
