Dear Chuck, Wow! 96! No matter the years, it's always hard to lose your Mom. I hope she had a peaceful passing. I've lost 3 brothers in the last few years---one, 8 years younger then me, just this past May, so it's kind of weird to out live them but that's the cycle of life. Aside- it looks like they are going to work on the wall across the way so I guess we will have our dues raised. I'm sur you don't miss that. Merry Christmas to you and your family, Julie
