Edward John Novertia, age 102 of Newark, DE passed away on December 19, 2020 at Churchman Village, Newark, DE. Born to Francis & Maria Jerdonek Noworyta in St. Benedict, PA, Ed has resided the past 6 years in Newark, DE, previously residing in Chester, PA. He retired from Sackyville Mills in Wallingford, PA. Ed served in the Navy during WWII. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Surma Novertia and a daughter, Susan Paulick. He is survived by a son, William Novertia and wife Joan, 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Services & interment will remain private.
