Obituary of Veronica Borcky

Veronica Borcky, age 83 of Trainer, PA passed away on August 4, 2021 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Born to Emmanuel and Rose Szablewicz Borcky in Trainer, PA where she was a life long resident. Veronica was a bookeeper for over 30 years at Boeing, retiring in 1994. Devoted to her faith, she was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church. She enjoyed bowling and played in various leagues, she also enjoyed gardening, puzzles, coloring, and painting. She was an avid Phillies fan. She loved listening to ABBA, traveling the world, and a picture of an owl could always make her smile. Veronica was a loving and caring person who would do anything for her family, and she was always the life of any party. No matter how big the family got she always kept in touch with each and every one of them. In addition to her parents, Veronica is preceded in death by her brothers; Albert, Richard, Donald, James and Robert Borcky, sister, Elaine Schroeder, her nephews; George Schroeder, and Stephen Borcky. She is survived by her brothers; William (Dot) Borcky, Emmanuel "Bud" (Marty) Borcky, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. A vistation will be held on Monday, August 9, from 9:15-10:15AM at St. John Fisher Catholic Church, 4225 Chichester Ave. Boothwyn, PA, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM.
