Obituary of Madeline D. Wegemer

Madeline D. Wegemer, age 85 of Claymont, DE died on September 14, 2016. Born to the late Alfonso & Mary Castelluccio DeSio in Indiana, PA, Madeline has resided in Claymont for over 50 years. She served as a waitress for the Mariott Corp. for 28 years retiring in 2002. She was devoted to her faith and a longtime member of Holy Rosary Church. Madeline enjoyed needlework, cooking, her home & family and vacations in Las Vegas. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Norman J. Wegemer who died in 2008, a daughter, Shirley Bell who died in 1999, 5 brothers, John, Joseph, Anthony, Dominick & Felix DeSio and 3 sisters, Christine Bologna, Theresa Graziano & Mary Lewis. She is survived by her devoted son, Timothy L. Wegemer. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, 11AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3200 Philadelphia Pk., Claymont, DE where friends may call from 9:45-10:45AM.
