Saddened by the news, to hear of Amy's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Amy at USA Technologies Inc (USAT). Fondly, recall her smile, chipperness, and giggle laugh. During our work friendship, she always had a positive attitude and was eager to assist. More importantly she would just radiate when talking about her beloved family. Amy was truly instrumental in introducing me to my now husband, Jacques at USAT. Truly one of the kindest souls I ever met. My deepest condolences to the Ries family!

Dear Ries Family, I'm still in shock over Amy's passing and it's taking me some time to formulate the correct words to capture the essence of my favorite Gal Pal. She was one of the nicest people I had the please of meeting and calling a friend. From the very first day I met Amy it was evident she was a very kind and caring person. She talked about her family with so much love and would always share how proud she was of John. I would always get a kick out of her giving her phone kisses before ending a call. She could always brighten the darkest day. Amy was so thoughtful and I will never forget her. Wishing you all strength and love as your go through this very difficult process. Terri Kim

I had the pleasure of working with Amy and continuing our friendship after she retired. She was the kindest, sweetest person I have ever met. She was always positive, never had an ill word to say about anyone, and as much as we tried, we could never get her to swear. She adored her family and was a genuinely wonderful person. She will be missed deeply. RIP my gal pal.
