Deepest condolence to the April family! I have known Sal and have been his neighbor for over 20 years! I enjoyed talking with him and I said I would go fishing with him and Ester one day, but never got a chance. RIH my friend and my God give this family all the strength needed to get through. The tide recedes but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand, The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops, and yet it echoes on in sweet refrains, For everything that passes, something beautiful remains. Sal may be gone but his memory will be with us always. Every time we hear a song or dance a step that Sal taught us, he will be there. May our memories bring comfort at this time of sadness.

My heart goes out to the entire April Family.Sal was a great guy,he always donated his time at The SV Reunions.Always Smiling. He most likely has the Angels up their Line Dancing.Till we All meet again.

Deepest Sympathies in the loss of your wonderful Husband, DJ, an Radioman, Sal. We enjoyed all the times we spent with you both, & friends, at dances here and there, and down at the shore last year. Sal was a great man and DJ. He amazed us in how much knowledge he had about all the songs he played, groups he knew, etc. We will miss him dearly. We will keep you both in our thoughts and prayers, (Photos of us down at the shore,- Cape May, Seeing Joe Staffieri, Sal with his catch of the day, and listening to great music by Bob Farrell out at the street fair. ) Sal will truly be missed and his music too. We made great friends over the years too and hope we continue our friendship too. Love you & prayers,, Joy & Angelo

Esther so sorry for your loss I knew Sal when he worked at WZCN he would play songs I requested for my mom and mother in law!!I enjoy line dancingHe will be missed by everyone!! Prayers for you and your family!!! R..I.P Sal!!!

I will truly miss dancing with Sal. He would play anything you asked for. I first danced with him at the Elks club many years ago. I am sure he will show the angles how to line dance. Janet Fretz
