George F. McVeigh, Jr., age 77 of Smyrna, DE, passed away on June 6, 2022 at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus. He was born to George F. and Helen Glinski McVeigh, Sr. in Darby, PA. George was a graduate of Interboro High School; He worked in Maintenance for fabrication companies and was very handy. George is survived by his siblings, James and Jeanne McVeigh, as well as his niece, Mary McVeigh. He will be laid to rest privately at Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills, PA.
