Obituary of Jean L. Miller

Jean L. Stewart Miller, age 95 of Upper Chichester, Pa passed away on August 14, 2022 at Rose Tree Place in Media, PA. Born to James and Kathryn Colten Stewart in Philadelphia, PA. Jean resided the past 65 years in Upper Chichester, PA, previously residing in Ridley Park, Pa and Ogden, Pa. Jean worked as a Medical Assistant for Jaeger Plena Eye Associates at Riddle Hospital and drove a school bus for Chichester School District and a parts delivery truck for Concordville Subaru. Jean's last job was as a teacher's assistant at Francis Harvey Green School for autistic children. Jean was a Girl Scout Leader for many years, she loved knitting and was an avid teddy bear collector. Mostly Jean loved being a Mom and Grandmother and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Jean is also preceded in death by her loving husband, John "Jack" Miller Jr. in 2007, and her sister, Mary Jane Mauldin. She is survived by her children, Kathleen "Kathie" (Jim) Aubin, Ed (Mildred) Miller, Mary Louise Miller, Gary (Sandi) Miller, Jack (Elizabeth) Miller III, her sister, Ann McConnell, grandchildren; John Michael, Austin, and Dorian Miller, Kelly Hale, and Andrew Larson. A viewing will be held on Friday, August 19 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA. Interment Philadelphia Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family lovingly requests that a donation be made in the name of their beloved Jean S.
