Obituary of Alfred A. Bruton IV

Alfred "Alan" A. Bruton IV, age 68 of Linwood, PA passed away suddenly at home on August 15, 2022. Born to Alfred A. and Gladys Pilkington Bruton, III, he was a lifelong resident of Linwood, PA. Alan worked in the warehouse for Fibre-Metal for many years and later at the Assisi House in Aston, PA. He is an alumni of the Chichester High School, Class of 1971. An avid softball player, Alan was a longtime member of the Delco Slowpitch softball scene. As a true Philly sports fanatic and avid Eagles fan, he always loved when the Eagles beat the Cowboys. Alan is preceded in death by his parents and survived by his siblings; James Bruton, Michael (Teresa) Bruton, Joseph Bruton, and Lynn (Dave) Owsiany, and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 10th from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA.
