Dear Dad,
Thank you for all the life lessons you taught me such as money doesn’t grow on trees, shut the light off when you leave a room, how to change the oil and change a flat tire. But the best lesson you taught me was that I could do anything I wanted in my life. You grew up in a time when women didn’t always have the choices in life that they do now. But I never knew that growing up, because you always encouraged me to do whatever I wanted to do in life.
I remember you sitting patiently with me when I was little because I couldn’t sleep or didn’t want to go to school. You taught me to put purpose in every day which was something you did right up to recently. I will miss your sense of humor, your affectionate nicknames for everyone and your many sayings (Here us go!). Your love for Mom and her love for you was very special to witness most especially over the last few years. I hope you are busy in heaven planning your next project. I know God needs a new shed somewhere up there! Love you so much Dad! Jacqui XOXO

We will all be forever looking forward to the next huggaroonie, “here us go,” the next bowl of Cheerios, or peanut butter cookie with our Pop Pop. We’ll be missing all the house projects, trips to Home Depot and daily movie nights.
We have been blessed to have had our Pop Pop all these years. From countless sporting events, family vacations, weekends at the beach house, birthday parties and holidays together, our Pop Pop was and will always be a family man. A man with the biggest heart and love for his friends and family.
He’s truly showed us what it means to work hard and fill your life with things you’re passionate about. He’s taught us that you’re never too old to learn a new skill or pick up a new hobby.
I am so thankful for all the time I was blessed to have with him and all the wisdom he shared with me. The stories he shared and jokes he told will always stay with and will long live on. I will always treasure our dinners together and long conversations about the Philadelphia Eagles. He has taught me so many things, but most importantly that family always comes first.
He will forever be in our hearts and his life will long live on in all of us. We love you so much Pop Pop.

Dear Carole, Karen, Jacqui, Lynn and Steve,
I am so sad that we have lost our dear Joe. I know you are all heartbroken.
Joe was my big brother and my earliest memories of childhood involved him. Mom told me that one of my very first words was "Junior" which, of course, is what we all called him for many, many years. Until he finally said, "Enough already!" And Junior was forevermore, just Joe. I have so many stories about Joe, one of which involved him as a teen, bringing in a carburetor to wash in our brand new kitchen sink! :) I fondly remember his first Christmas tree, a stylish silver foil tree that he lit up with a revolving red, green, and blue light! In the past few years, Joe started calling me Sis, a name I took as a sign of affection, and I loved it.
Jim is sure that Joe will continue to work on projects helping St. Joseph with heavenly chores.
Loving husband, proud father, dear brother....I miss you.
Elaine
