Obituary of Deborah A. McNelly

Deborah A. "Debbie" McNelly, age 66, of Upper Chichester, PA passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, PA. Born in Chester, PA and raised in Trainer, PA. a daughter of Francis R. and Catherine R. Massey Fuller, she had resided in Upper Chichester, PA for the past ten years; previously residing as a longtime resident of Trainer, PA. Debbie was a housekeeper at the Assisi House of the Sisters of St. Francis. She enjoyed being with family and spending time with her nieces, Susie, Adriana, and Natalya. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Carrie Ann McNelly, who passed in 1981; her son, John C. McNelly, Jr who passed in 2021; her two siblings, Cassy Petrey and Rosemarie Lombardi. She is survived by her daughter, Pam (James) Trappler; her former husband, John C. McNelly, Sr.; her five grandchildren, Katelynn, James, Jeremy, Johnny, and Jaylinn; her seven siblings, Francie Flint, Peggy Carlson, Charles Fuller, Franny Fuller, Raymond Fuller, Alice Coale and Martin Fuller. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 9 AM to 10 AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA followed by a funeral liturgy at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, (www.heart.org).
