Obituary of Helen T. Iacona

Helen "Honey" Iacona, age 83, of Upper Chichester, PA passed away peacefully on August 9, 2023 at her home where she resided with her daughter, son in law and grandchildren. She was born and raised in Chester, PA by her parents, John and Catherine Reardon McDonald. Helen worked as a housekeeper at Our Lady Of Angels Convent in Aston, Pa for 29 years, retiring in 2012. She enjoyed taking trips to the casino, scratchoff tickets, and being with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Helen is preceded in death by her loving husband, Nicola "Nick" A. Iacona; her son, Nick Iacona, who passed in 1994; and her brother and sister. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Linda (Harry) Iacona, and Tina (Bob) DeMore; Siblings, Maryanne "Sissy" Elliott, Joseph McDonald, and Patty Booth; 6 grandchildren; Jaime Neathery, Jimmy Neathery, Jessica (Gib) Conicella, Justine McKenna, Ava DeMore, and Brady DeMore, and 10 great-grandchildren.
