Obituary of Robert J. Adams

Robert J. Adams "Bob", age 80 of Glen Mills, PA passed away on September 11, 2023 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. The son of Robert A. and Violet Marose Adams in Middletown, NY, he has resided for the past 25 years in the Fox Hill Farms community, previously residing in Woodlyn, PA. Bob worked as a Machinist for; General Electric Co., A.I. Dupont, and Boeing. He later owned and operated his own machine shop in Folsom, PA. Bob graduated from Ridley Park High School and went on to serve his country in the Army during the Vietnam and Korean era. Bob was a proud member of the 101st Airborne Division. He was a Master Mason at Penn Lodge #709 F&AM where he served as past Master. Bob was a member of the American Legion, Post 777 in Woodlyn, PA. He enjoyed boating and fishing and was known as an avid Phillies fan. Bob is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Sandra M. Allen Adams, children; Bob (Sue) Adams, Rich (Erica) Adams, stepchildren; Rick (Joan) Saraceni and Denise (Jeff) Di Bernard, grandchildren; Brittany, Bobby, and Ryan Adams, Lisa, Kristin, and Madison Saraceni, and Matt and Justin Pangborn. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 1:30PM - 3:00PM at the Pagano Funeral Home at , 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA. A Masonic service will occur at 3PM followed by a Memorial service at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will remain private.
