Obituary of Dorothy J. Miller

Dorothy J. "Dot" Miller, age 81 of Halifax, PA passed away on October 30, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Born to G. Roy Dilling and Edna Over Dilling in Philadelphia, she was raised in Chester, PA & Bethel Twp., PA. Dot was a longtime resident of Bethel Twp., PA. A homemaker, She was known by all her children's friends and the kids in Bethel Twp., as "Aunt Dot". She was devoted to her faith and a member of Valley Point Church in Glen Mills, PA. Dot enjoyed quilting and sewing and belonged to the Brandywine Valley Quilters. She was devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren and always looked forward to the holidays. Dot is survived by her husband of 60 years, James A. Miller III, 3 children, James A. Miller IV, Jeanine (Karl) Schneider and Jeffrey (Cindy) Miller, a sister, Louise (Richard) Hamalak, 2 grandchildren, Travis (Ashley) Miller and Paige Schneider as well as nieces & nephews. A visitation will be held on November 6, Monday from 11-12 Noon at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA followed by funeral services at 12 Noon.
