Obituary of Marilyn R Shisler

Marilyn R. Shisler, age 87 of Wilmington, DE passed away on November 5, 2023, at The Lorelton Assisted Living Community, Wilmington, DE. Born to Frank and Mildred Dunford Pugsley in McKeesport, PA, she resided for the past 2 years in Wilmington, DE, previously residing in Lords Valley, PA after living in North Wilmington for forty years. Marilyn was a secretary for Fibre Metal Products in Concord Township for thirty years before retiring in 2006. She was a member of the Church of Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, PA, where she and her grandson were active in the choir.  Marilyn was very involved in her community as a member of the women's club, including playing bridge every Monday! In addition to her parents, Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Charles, and 2 sons: Stephen C. Shisler, and Robert Shisler. She is survived by her children; Jeff (Karen) Shisler, and Suzanne Fodor, brother, Thomas Pugsley, sisters; Ginny Dekutoski, and Carol Dugan, and 7 grandchildren.
