Obituary of Robert S. Roman

Robert S. Roman, age 81, of Trainer, PA passed away on December 22, 2023 at Crozer Chester Medical Center. He was born and raised in Chester, PA by his late parents, John Stephen and Julia Goder Roman. Robert resided in Trainer for over 50 years, previously residing in Ridley Park, PA. He graduated from St. James High School, Class of 1960. He then joined the Union as a Laborer where he worked for over 50 years. Robert enjoyed watching sports, especially golf and loved spending time with his family. He was a loving father, grandfather, and husband. Robert is survived by his wife Mary Ann Herman Roman, 2 children; Debbie (Mike) Puliti, and Robert (Jennifer) J. Roman, 3 siblings; Michael Roman, Marian Lefkowicz, and Jean Greer, 4 siblings-in-law; Kathy Herman, Ellen Covolus, Louise Miloro, and Frederick Herman, 2 grandsons; Nick and Kevin, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and many Godchildren. A visitation for Robert will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 9AM-10AM at the Pagano Funeral Home 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John Fisher Church, 4225 Chichester Ave, Upper Chichester, PA at 11AM.
