Erica was an amazing colleague and friend. I had the pleasure of co-leading projects with her over the last several years, and every day she brought her kindness, intellect, pragmatism and sharp wit to the challenges our teams faced. I couldn't have asked for a better collaborator, and I will miss her deeply. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends. Tricia
