Obituary of Regina M. Restaneo

Regina M. Restaneo, age 84 of Wilmington, DE passed away on April 16, 2024 at Kentmere. Born and raised in Chester, PA, Regina resided for the past 53 years in Wilmington. A sales clerk, Regina worked for Friendly Gift Shop in Wilmington for many years before retiring. She graduated from Notre Dame High School, Class of 1957. Regina is a longtime member of the Church of the Holy Child. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening, scrapbooking and cooking, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Regina is preceded in death by her parents, John and Loretta Mahoney, sister, Maryanne Etnoyer, and is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Albert F. Restaneo, 4 children, Patricia (Michael) Fortin, Dianne (George) Vergara, Albert Restaneo and Mark (Christa) Restaneo, brother, John (Ces) Mahoney Jr., 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and her pet dog, Fiori. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 22, 10:00-11:00AM at the Church of the Holy Child, 2500 Naamans Road, Wilmington, DE followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM.
