Karl was a great neighbor down at the IRB. Many good memories! One was when Karl taught me how to fillet flounder, He was great at it because he used to catch so many! Condolences to the entire Weirich family.

I have known Karl for many years through my employment at an Internal Medicine practice. He always had a smile and kind word even if he didn’t feel well. When he found out that my son ( who it didn’t know at all) worked with wood, he offered him a beautiful piece of walnut wood. My son made several shelves for his new home at the time. On one of these shelves is in his living room is where his wife’s ashes sit in a place of honor. Thank you Karl, your generosity lives on….

I am sorry to hear that Karl has passed . I have very good memories going fishing with Karl and having a few drinks while cleaning they many fish we used to catch . I often think of those mornings pulling up to the house in Oak Orchard before light Karl would be making scrapple sandwiches and I would get the boat loaded up with rods and bait . Thanks for the good times and memories Karl I will always think of you and my dad when I’m cleaning flounder . Wally Borgmann
