Obituary of Jeannine R. Swanson

Jeannine R. Swanson, age 44 of Newark, DE passed away on April 29, 2024 at home. Born in Media, PA, she resided for the past 24 years in Newark, DE, previously residing in Glasgow, DE. Jeannine graduated from Middletown High School where she was a member of the Drama Club and English Club traveling abroad. Afterwards, she attended Deltec for 2 years. A member of Holy Family Church in Newark, DE, she also belonged to the FFA (Future Farmers of America). Jeannine enjoyed horseback riding, bowling and going on road trips. She is preceded in death by her mother, Ann F. Zebley Swanson, and is survived by her father, Daniel Swanson, half sister, Leah (Chris) Cralle, a nephew and a niece. A visitation will be held on Monday, 9:15-10:15AM at Notre Dame of Lourdes, 950 Michigan Ave., Swarthmore, PA, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM. Interment, S.S.
