My heart is breaking for the loss of BILLY. I was a lost 13 year old girl who was good friends with his sister Debi. Billy was her 17 year older brother who used to talk to me like I was someone special. He always would make a fuss over me everytime I would go to the Manley's home which was up the street from me. BILLY and his family always called me Sweet Marie and to this day I still hear it from his family members. We lived on Court Street in Claymont and there were plenty of kids but BILLY when driving down the street (In his Chevy that was bright yellow with wide black stripes on it) and when he saw see me he would always stop and talk to me or wave. And as the years went by and life happened all around us we still saw each other at family events. BILLY will always have a special place in my heart! I'm not ready to say goodbye because in my eyes he's 17 and I am 13. Rest in peace my friend. Love Sweet Marie.
