Obituary of Joan L. Moore

Joan L. Moore, age 87, of Glen Mills, PA, passed away on July 30, 2024, at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, Joan has resided in the Maris Grove community in Glen Mills for the past seven years, after spending 20 years in Tuckerton, NJ, and previously living in Bucks County, PA, where she raised her family.

Joan dedicated over 20 years as a receptionist at Livengrin Addiction Treatment Center in Bensalem, PA, retiring in 1994. She enjoyed knitting, reading, taking care of her home, and spending winters in Florida. Above all, Joan cherished time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Marion Kennedy Golden, her husband of 56 years, Edward N. Moore who passed in 2017, and her brothers Robert and Alan Kinney, and William Golden Jr. Joan is survived by three sons: Edward W. Moore, Eric (Kathryn) Moore, and Brian Moore, as well as four grandchildren: Edward, Diana, Daniel, and Erik Moore.
