Obituary of Mark Vincent Conti Jr.

Mark Vincent Conti, age 59, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on September 30, 2024, at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mark had lived in Wilmington for the past 24 years, having previously resided in his hometown. He built a career as an administrator in the banking industry. He also worked as a slot machine technician for several years.

Mark had a deep appreciation for history and nostalgia, being an active member of Old Images of Philadelphia. His hobbies reflected his love for the past, as he collected model trains and vintage cameras. He was also a passionate photographer. Mark's enthusiasm for Christmas, particularly the lights, was infectious, and he was a lover of music, often filling the air with his singing.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. Sr. and Jacqueline Maria Scassera Conti, as well as his brother, Joseph A. Conti Jr.. He is survived by his brother, Leandro J. Conti Sr., his nephew, Leandro J. Conti Jr., his niece, Leandra Conti, and his sister-in-law, Patricia Ann Duffy.

Interment will take place on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 2:00 PM at S.S. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
