Obituary of Kenneth T. Ryan

Kenneth T. Ryan, 77, of Garnet Valley, PA, passed away peacefully at home on October 4, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to Kenneth E. Ryan and Joanna (née Aienello) Ryan, Ken lived in Garnet Valley for the past 33 years, after previously residing in Philadelphia and Morton, PA. Ken had a distinguished career as a defense attorney for State Farm and served as a former Assistant Court Administrator for Delaware County. In his free time, he was an avid reader of history books, enjoyed playing pinochle, and took pleasure in walking his dogs and engaging with his neighbors. Above all, Ken cherished the time spent with his family and close friends.  

In addition to his parents, Ken was preceded in death by his sister, Joan Seitz. He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Barbara J. (née Babish) Ryan, many nieces and nephews, dear friends, Martine and Madeline Sirianni, Joe D'Alesio, his sisters-in-law, Stephanie (Greg) Wheaton and Marie (Michael) Stevens, as well as his brother-in-law, Frank (JoAnn) Babish.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd, Glen Mills, PA. Inurnment will be private. Online condolences may be made by visiting www.paganofuneralhome.com.
