Obituary of Rita E. Burdett
Rita E. Burdett, 83, of West Chester, PA, passed away on October 23, 2024, at Chester County Hospital. Born to Charles and Ruth (née Burridge) Seager in Wilkes-Barre, PA, Rita had lived in West Chester for over 40 years. She dedicated many years to managing the warehouse at the Franklin Mint.
Rita had a passion for crocheting, was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, and enjoyed riding Harleys with her husband. Known for her delicious spaghetti and meatballs, she loved hosting family and friends for dinner.

Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Robert R. Burdett, grandsons Corey and Robbie, and siblings Charles and Arthur Seager. She is survived by her daughters, Angie (Chris) Hatton and Natalie (Bill) Harper; step-daughters, Beverly (Edward) Von Stetten, Donna (Rick) Remigio, and Cindy (Mike) Colombo; grandchildren, Emily, Taylor, Ryan, and Heidi (Ben); great-grandchildren, Mareena, Cody and Harley; and sisters, Janice Gilbert and Diane Walls.
