Obituary of Gladys Barbone

Gladys Barbone, age 79 of Upper Chichester, PA died on February 12, 2017. Born to the late Harry Snyder & Bessie Snyder Browse in Chester, PA, she resided most of her life in Upper Chichester, PA. Gladys was employed by Harowe Servo Controls in West Chester and later with Clement Inc. in Glen Mills, PA. She was a member of St. John Fisher Church. Gladys enjoyed the casinos, visiting the Jersey Shore and time spent with her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mario Barbone who died in 2013, a daughter, Linda Barbone who died in 1995 and a son Michael Barbone who died in 2007. She is survived by a daughter, Debbie (Bill) Swierczek, sons, Richard (Kelly) Barbone and David (Staci) Barbone, 6 grandchildren, Kelsey, Stephanie, Tori, Tyler, Jackson & Luke and 3 sisters, Barbara Pierce, Janine Sell & Marjorie Hickey. A visitation will be held on Saturday, 9:15-10:15AM at St. John Fisher Church, 4225 Chichester Ave., Boothwyn, PA followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM. Interment Private.
