My sympathies to Steve and Gary and all the grandchildren. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make the trek north for the service. I have nothing but fond memories of time spent with "Aunt Carol" (as I knew her back in the day). She always had a pleasant disposition and great sense of humor. She was able to roll with the punches, and we all know she courageously faced into some very challenging times. It was easy to see, also, that she and my mom were sisters, especially when they were together! The two of them could fill a house with laughter, and it was sweet music! Fondly, Art Jr.

Sisterhood can be cultivated to be a loving and intimate relationship, Carolyn and I had such a connection; we disagreed in awareness of individual differences but our love for each other and family never separated our caring and concern for each other. Shared days while my sister was in Hospice has given to me a pervading sense of peace because she was at peace, With loving memories, Doris (Sister)

With deepest sympathy to Aunt Carolyn's sons, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was so well loved, by so many! I will always remember Aunt Carolyn with love, affection, and respect. I remember her great sense of humor and her laugter. I honor her for the unconditional love she gave her family and friends, her courage, and her faith. She will always be my mother's only sister, and my only maternal aunt. She holds a special place in my heart. May she be reunited in love, and may she Rest In Peace.
