Obituary of John Richard Nygard

John "Jack" Richard Nygard, Jr, age 74, of Philadelphia, PA died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Penn Hospice at Rittenhouse in Philadelphia, PA. Jack was born 1942 in Chester, PA and proudly served in the Air Force. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and was an avid Phillies fan. He enjoyed many nights working as an usher at the Phillies games. Jack is the son of the late John Richard Sr. and the late Doris Violet (Justison) Nygard. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Barbara James Nygard. Jack is survived by his children, John R. Nygard Jr. (JoAnn), Keith E. Nygard & Kirsten Nygard-Evans (Benjamin), 2 sisters, Donna Price and Judy Gannon, his longtime companion, Josephine Rudolph and 5 grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Grace, Benjamin & John. Services and Interment will be held at a later date to be announced
