Obituary of Evelyn E. LaSpada

Evelyn E. LaSpada, age 70 of Boothwyn, PA died suddenly on June 14, 2017 at home. Born to the late James & Ida Sykes Jackson, she was raised in Linwood, PA. Evelyn was a resident of Boothwyn since 1977. She graduated from Chichester High School, class of 1965. A homemaker devoted to and raising her family, Evelyn in her early years, was an X-Ray Technician. She was devoted to her faith, and a member of Holy Saviour Church and also Immaculate Conception of Lourdes Church. Evelyn was known for painting and repairing the church statues. She also enjoyed gardening, arts & crafts, she had a passion for music, and thoroughly enjoyed playing the organ." Evelyn is survived by her husband of 48 years, Stephen P. LaSpada, children, Mark, Amanda & James LaSpada, a brother, James (Penny) Jackson & a sister, Lucy Stevens. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 22, from 8:00-9:30AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd. Garnet Valley, PA. A Funeral Mass will follow, 10:30AM at Immaculate Conception of Lourdes, 21 W. 8th St., Marcus Hook, PA. Interment Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
