Obituary of Fred C. Owens

Fred C. Owens III, age 61, of Trainer, PA passed away peacefully on April 29, 2018 at home surrounded by his adopted family and friends. A resident of Trainer all of his life, Fred was employed as an Operator with BP Oil Refinery for over 30 years. He was known as an avid Phillies fan. He enjoyed spending time with friends and neighbors and attending softball games. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Dorothy Clegg Owens Jr.. Fred is survived by a brother and his wife, Jamie and Lee Anne Owens of Trainer, PA, extended family, Marilyn Maher, Joe Maher and Donald Rumford as well as many other relatives, family and friends. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, from 11-12 Noon at the Moreland-Pagano Funeral Home, 825 Main St., Trainer, PA followed by a Funeral Service at 12 noon. Interment, Lawn Croft Cemetery.
