Obituary of Richard P. Giduck

Richard P. Giduck, age 81, of Aston, PA passed away on June 26, 2018. Born in Quakertown, PA to the late James and Cecilia Giduck, Richard has resided in Aston for the past 57 years. A Power Plant Operator and Instructor working for Philadelphia Electric for 32 years, he retired in 1992. Rich was an avid boater. For many years, he was very active with the Coast Guard Auxiliary. In his spare time he enjoyed reading and spending time with his cat, Mr. Bojangles. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, James Giduck who died in 2010 and a sister, Patricia Jenkins. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth A. Giduck (Hughes), 2 sons, Michael (Nancy) Giduck and John (Shari) Giduck and grandchildren, Michael, Alexandra, Richard and Joseph. A visitation will be held on Saturday, 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a time of sharing at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's memory may be made to the Providence Animal Center, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, PA 19063.
