May the Family find some comfort with the words of Jesus Christ found in John 5:28,29 to where we find him here giving your Family a Guarrantee, that he will resurrect your dear loved one, Silva Small, back to life again and so let these words be written on your hearts and allow your minds to envision a time when another Guarrantee, that is found in the Bible book of Psalm 37:29 which reads: The righteous will possess the earth and they will live forever on it. And see your selves holding her in your arms and laughing and having a Good time all over again. So sorry to hear Silva passed away. I am an volunteer with the Girl Scouts. Silva always was generous in letting us use the Senior Center for our Leader meetings. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

As a founder of Concord Senior Citizens, Silva had the vision and drive to maintain the organization throughout the years to remain a vital part of the community she loved. She was a great encourager and developer of leadership. She and her husband John were designated Member of the Year for their many contributions to Concord Township.
