Obituary of Emilia DePaulis

Emilia DePaulis, age 78, of Garnet Valley, PA, passed away on November 4, 2018 at Fair Acres in Lima, PA. Born and raised in Ari, Italy, Emilia immigrated to the United States in 1960 at the age of 20 settling in Woodlyn, PA. She married Paolo DePaulis and together they had 2 children. In addition to raising her children, Emilia was employed by Crozer Chester Medical Center for 15 years where she was a cook. In addition to her husband who passed away in 2014, Emilia is preceded in death by her parents, Nicola and Antonietta Manippa Laerzio and 5 siblings. Emilia is survived by her 2 children, Sandra (Michael) Kent and Tino (Jennifer) DePaulis, a sister, Angelina DiRito and 4 grandchildren, Lia and Gina Kent and Bella and Paul DePaulis. A visitation will be held on Friday 10-11AM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by a Memorial Service at 11AM. Interment will remain private.
