Obituary of William F. Hubaj

William F. Hubaj, age 92, of Glen Mills, PA passed away on November 12, 2018. William was born and raised in Chester, PA to the late Theodore and Christine Fedyszyn Hubaj and was a longtime resident of Glen Mills, PA. After his graduation from Chester H.S., William served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He later received his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in 1952. As a Draftsman, William held positions with various companies including the E.I. Dupont, Scott Paper, Franklin Mint and Krell Corporation in Wayne, PA. A skilled craftsman, William enjoyed spending time around his property and in his garage with various projects. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Leinhauser Hubaj who died in 2005 and his 6 siblings, Edward, Frank and Joseph "Buck" Hubaj, Jean Madsen, Sophie Maley and Frances Mutz. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on November 19, 2018, Monday evening, 6-8PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA and again on Tuesday at St. Thomas the Apostle (New Church), 430 Valleybrook Rd, Glen Mills, PA from 9:30-10:15AM. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30AM. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Donations in William's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
