Obituary of Margaret A. Cebula

Margaret "Peg" Cebula (nee Hoffman), age 82, on December 17, 2018 of Maris Grove, Glen Mills, PA. Raised in Chester, PA, she graduated from Notre Dame High School, Moylan and settled in Delaware to raise her family. Peg was dedicated to making the world a better place, notably by raising funds for children who couldn't afford medical care with the Junior Women's Club of Claymont and working for women's rights, desegregation and environmental issues with the League of Women Voters of Wilmington. An accomplished chef and a prolific reader, she always had a hug and encouraging word to brighten the life of her family and her friends. She will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Francis "Frank" Cebula, beloved children, Frank Cebula (Deb), Linda Zierle (Sam) and Karen Myers (Steve), and was the treasured grandmother of Geoff Cebula (Emily), Jason Zierle (Junko), Emma Zierle, Serena Myers, and Gillian Myers. Donations in her name would be gratefully accepted by The Ministry of Caring in Wilmington, Delaware.
