Obituary of Thomas J. Gentilucci
Thomas Gentilucci, 61, of Elkton, MD and New Smyrna Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Tom was a chemical engineer and senior procurement manager with Siemens. Tom enjoyed many things but his family always came first. He was a devoted son, a wonderful husband, a loving dad and a great uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He shared his passion for life, his wisdom and his laughter (and what a laugh it was!) with all who knew him. His courage and dignity in the face of adversity were inspirational to everyone. There were no strangers in Tom's world and he will be missed by all. His sport was football and his team was the Eagles. Sundays will never be the same for anyone who ever watched a game with him.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents August and Elaine Gentilucci. He is survived by the love of his life - his wife of 39 years, Cherita Duncan Gentilucci, their children Michael and Erica Gentilucci, his brothers Scott (Pam) and Mark (Carol) Gentilucci, his sister Laura (Tim) Brennan and all 10 of his favorite nieces and nephews.
