Obituary of William A. Hunt

William "Uncle Bill" A. Hunt, age 78 of Boothwyn, PA passed away on August 30, 2019 at home. Born in Philadelphia and raised in S. Philadelphia, he resided for the past 13 years in Upper Chichester, PA, previously residing in Philadelphia. William enjoyed coin collecting, decorating and gardening. He was a retiree that worked for Georgia Pacific, formerly Connelly Containers, located in Manayunk, PA. In addition to his parents, James T. and Margaret Hunt, William is preceded in death by wife, Catherine T. Skea Hunt who passed in 1985, siblings, Mary Cosgrove, Louisa Fay, Barbara Meadows and Martin Hunt. He is survived by a brother, Thomas Hunt and his wife Victoria. He lived for many years with his nephew, William Fay and his wife Michelle Price-Fay, great nephew and great niece, William Fay Jr. and Emily Fay and his family friend Helen Price. While he did not have any children of his own, he was a dearly loved Uncle to many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was deeply loved and will be forever remembered and missed. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2019, 10:00-11:00AM, at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd., Garnet Valley, PA followed by Funeral Services at 11:00AM. Interment is private.
