I was at the service today and how beautiful it was. To see how much of an impact he had on people is amazing. A wonderful bunch of family and friends. He was truly one of a kind! I worked directly across from him at Fedex for 4 years and now things will never be the same. Always greeted each other with a firm handshake and a hug. Even though I haven't known him that long, he was someone I could call a friend. Forever on my mind and forever in my heart! My sincere condolences to the family and everyone who loved him! Til we meet again, "Murph Dogg" "Awwww Yeah!!"

I knew Murph he was a neighbor of mine. I lived a couple streets over. I’ve actually known him for 20 years. He was always a good guy. I always talk to him when he was walking the dogs or when I was cutting grass in the neighborhood, he always stopped to talk to me. Where he is now I hope he’s OK

To the family of Andrew (Murph) , I am so sorry for your loss. Im sending my deepest condolences . I went to high school with him and we had a lot of fun at lunchtime and our classes together. We would hang up at the Chichester shopping center as teens . He was so young to be gone way too soon., Cherish the lasting memories for their a lifetime that you hold deep within your heart and soul. When you are feeling sad and alone those memories, will always be there within your heart and soul to keep his spirit alive. Murph will always be remembered and never forgotten. . RIP Andrew (Murph) you will be missed .

He always called it like he seen it. He didn’t hold back. When I went on the side of the building where he was, he would always holler “get out of here, “ but I knew he was always glad to see me. He would say “tell your old man he better get that caddy clean.” Whenever I rode by him, I would tell whoever was in the car with me. There goes Murph again.

"Murph" has touched and made a difference in many people's lives that I'm sure he was unaware of, because he was just being himself. Everyone knew, or knew of Murph. He is an icon of "Chi" he is a legend in "Chichester" he is loved and liked by all. Deepest of sympathy to his family and friends. May his legacy live on and be remembered by all.

How do I do this, Murphy will always be in my memory.
We shared a lot of likes, from our pets to bikes of all kinds. He was their with kind words for me when I had to send my home and I know he had a great love for his.
He loved his his wife so much, he beam when talking about her and how she took care ofe him.
He expressed a real joy over the years as to how well their daughter was doing.
I really appreciated Murphy's one liners, some time he even pissed me off. Lol.
It was always a great thing to come into Fedex knowing it was gonna suck and Murphy was there to yell out "EARLY NIGHT", would make me laugh and take the edge off.
Fedex will never be the same. I'm going to miss you Murphy. Happy Trails My Freind.
Early Night : (
Im sorry for all who loved and have had the pleasure of knowing Murphy. He will be missed greatly.
But rest in knowing that Murphy is in a better place.
We will meet again Brother.

“One of a Kind” is a phrase that came to mind when thinking about Murph, even before his sudden passing. I had the pleasure of working with Murph for 6 years and as many of you know, each day was an adventure with him. From his one liners, to his nicknames, his antics that pissed bosses off (much to my liking) to his unconventional delivery of life advice, he would always put a smile on your face with some of the shit he said and did. He might not have thought so but he helped me thru a break up, a death of a beloved pet and just random life stuff I had happening by just having a conversation and asking how everything is going. He constantly asked about how my girlfriend and I were doing after our dog died, asked how she was doing with her MS diagnosis and was the first to lend a hand or a hug when things were tough. Those actions showed me who Murph really was. From our talks about cars, government conspiracies, agriculture, dogs, music, family, booths corner, what the “good ole days” were like at FedEx and everything in between, the one thing that will stand out to me about Andrew Murphy was the outlook he had on life and how to make everyday count and not let FedEx or any other stresses stop you from appreciating what you have. My sincere condolences to his wife and family and pets, especially his baby Milo who he talked about always. Miss you Murph, until next time buddy.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Andrew's wife and family. I worked with Murph at FedEx he was one of the greatest and funniest guys I ever met. Some of his one liners and nicknames for co- workers was priceless. Andy was always someone you could ask for advice and got along with everyone. I will never forget you my friend R.I.P. until we meet again!

Murph I will always remember you posted up on Chichester Ave at your favorite spot. You reminded me of the Chichester before the internet made everything crazy. We didn’t actually know each other in person but I always beeped at you and you always waved. The younger Chi generation had a nickname for you which was “The King of Chi.” I’m not sure you ever knew that but you were adorned by many. To your family I wish them peace during this critical time. I hope your heaven has bicycles and dogs. God speed Murph.
