Obituary of Wilbur Ogden Crawford

Wilbur Ogden "Bill" Crawford, age 83, of Glen Mills, PA, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025, at Riddle Memorial Hospital.

Born in Northfield, NJ, and raised in Atlantic County, Bill was a longtime resident of Glen Mills, where he lived for over 50 years, most recently in the Vernon Woods community at Maris Grove.

A gifted artist, Bill co-owned and operated The Husian School of Art in Philadelphia alongside his business partner, Ronald Dove. Deeply spiritual and proud of his Iroquois heritage, Bill found joy in both his creative pursuits and his love of gardening.

He is preceded in death by his beloved spouse, Richard L. March Jr.; his father, Wilbur A. Crawford; stepmother, Elizabeth M. Crawford; and mother, Vernabelle E. Ogden. Bill is survived by his sister-in-law, Marie O'Donnell, and his nephew, Cullen O'Donnell.
